ENGLISH + DRAMA

Bristol Old Vic Theatre School (BOVTS) is one of the most successful and well-respected drama schools in the UK. Their alumni include some of the UK’s finest actors, including 2019 Oscar-winner, Olivia Colman, Sir Daniel Day-Lewis, Sir Patrick Stewart, Miranda Richardson and Jeremy Irons.

ELC Bristol is delighted to offer English Combination courses this summer together with BOVTS.

  • Minimum age: 18.
  • Minimum level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level by the time you join the theatre course.
  • It normally takes around 12 weeks to improve your English by one level.
  • ELC Bristol will provide accommodation for the duration of the BOVTS course at Goldney Hall University Residence. Usual accommodation options will be available for the duration of the English course.

Course Fee: £420 + cost of language course

The course includes the filming of a scene with a professional director and crew. Spaces limited to 6 per course with a student/staff ratio of 3:1.
